The Winery Behind the Scenes
Why come and visit our cellars in Saumur? Located in Saint-Hilaire/Saint-Florent (South West of Saumur towards Gennes) our vineyard overlooks the Langlois-Chateau winery which has an incomparable site.
On the hillside, our cellars and our grape harvester offer a magnificent view of the Château de Saumur and the Royal River, which is the Loire. The scene is set for a cellar visit!

Maison Langlois-Chateau opens the doors of its vineyard with a new offer. An immersion in a horse-drawn carriage in the middle of the vineyards awaits visitors from May to September.

To the rhythm of the horses, discover the Clos Saint Florent, the historic vineyard of Maison Langlois-Chateau. Then, you will be aware with the management of a vineyard in organic farming as well as the various types of work and the cycle of the vine.
After a bucolic and informative tour, the visit continues by walk in the underground cellar. You will see how we made our famous Crémants de Loire. To finish, you will taste a selection of our Loire wines.
