The drawing of woods has started in the Langlois-Chateau vineyard.
Once the trimming finished in the vineyard, the next step consists in the drawing of the woods. The woods cut during the trimming have to be taken out of the vines. At Langlois-Chateau Stéphane and Régis both do this job. They then pile the woods up in the middle of the ranks, to be crushed. The crushing lets part of the natural organic materials go back into the vineyard. It is one of the steps that ensures a better grape quality for the harvest!
