Spring has arrived, and the vineyard comes back to life. The intense work goes on. The vineyard training needs to be maintained (stakes, posts, iron threads). Everything needs to be operationnal for this new vintage! The vine is also bound to the iron thread. Last but not least, the vine woods that carry productive bourgeons are bent and attached to the iron wood. The future grappes will therefore be well fixed all through their development.
