The « medal of honnor for work » comprises 4 steps, representing 4 levels of seniority in the company. The silver medal is awarded for 20 years within the company, the vermeil medal is awarded for 30 years within the company, the gold medal means 35 years within the company and the Great Gold medal for a career of 40 years! The number of medals awarded that day proves the pride of the employee’s in working at « their » House Langlois-Chateau. This is also a statement of their passion and their dedication in defending a Great Idea of Loire Wines!
