Since the begining of September, it is a great atmosphere in the vineyards with the pickers. It is sunny and grapes are at perfect maturity in very good sanitory conditions. Is it possible to expect more ?
Franck Brossaud (in charge of the vineyard) looks after each grape (almost !!!) very carefully.
The work of one year will be very soon in the winery. Now, it only needs a light gentle pressing in order to extract only the best part. Then it will the fermentations, the ageeing on lees, tastings … Of course, it will also soon be the time for you to taste this gorgeous 2015 vintage !
