A few snowflakes give us nice views as always!
After the harvest from november on, the vines loose their leaves, the circulation of sap is progressively slowing down until it completely stops in the vine stock : the vine enters its dormancy. The winemakers use this period of the year to cut the vines, as we will detail soon. For the moment, let’s enjoy these nice views!
